2011 Creatique Innovationz Theme: Inspire...Inspiration!

January brings in a New Year along with a new Theme!  For 2011 Creatique Innovationz Theme is: Inspire...Inspiration.  We are always surrounded by ways to Inspire Inspiration within ourselves and those that surround us.  The goal this year is to bring a wealth of knowledge to Inspire Inspiration in many different facets of creativity.  I love having the gift to Inspire Inspiration within others whether it be through a post, something creative I've learned and shared, Helping others to Inspire the concept of "Paying It Forward".

One of the most amazing things is being able to look out into the world that surrounds us and see the many things that inspire what we do day-to-day.  I hope that this small gesture of creativity sparks your interest to take a leap into inspiration with our incredible January "Wings" Workshop on the Go Kit with deep discounts on accompanying products within the brochure.  You can even earn a discount or even for FREE on this lovely "Find Your Style" stamp set that I used.

I strongly encourage you to spread your "Wings" on the "Big Red Scraps" featured art gallery.  There are many inspirational talent that surrounds this awesome Theme for the new year embraced by Creatique.   A Huge Thank You to my Sisters over at "Big Red Scraps" for featuring my artwork for January 2011.

Techniques Used:
For the Butterfly image I used the "Rock-n-Roll" method.
1. I stamped the base image of the Butterfly on the versamark ink pad.
2. Repeat this step on the Vinyard Berry inkpad
3. Use the Black ink pad to roll around the edges to get the effect I wanted.
4. Then I stamped the image off-set to the Colonial white cardstock piece.
5. Applied clear detail embossing powder, then heat emboss the image.
The inside of the card sentiment was layered on cardstock using the same versamark method of stamping with just the black exlusive inks pad and then clear detail embossed.
